Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., gruyère or cheddar)
4 slices of ham, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil or butter for cooking
Instructions
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with olive oil or butter.
Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet, swirling to spread the batter evenly into a thin layer.
Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden. Flip and cook for an additional minute on the other side. Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining batter.
Prepare the Filling:
