1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

2 tablespoons melted butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Nutella (for spreading)

2 ripe bananas, sliced

Powdered sugar (for garnish)

Whipped cream (optional, for serving)


Instructions

Prepare the Batter:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth. Allow the batter to rest for about 15 minutes.

Cook the Crepas:

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.

Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet, swirling to spread the batter evenly into a thin layer.

Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden. Flip and cook for an additional minute on the other side. Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining batter.

Assemble the Crepas:

Spread a generous layer of Nutella over one half of a crepa.

Top with a few slices of banana, then fold the crepa in half.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream if desired.
